Do I need a doctor’s referral to attend Cliff Top Health Centre?
You do not need a doctor’s referral to make an appointment at Cliff Top Health Centre, unless you are seeking treatment under a third party arrangement such as:
a Workcover claim
following a motor vehicle accident
a Department of Veteran’s Affairs entitled card holder
Can I claim on Private Health Insurance?
Private health funds may provide a rebate for members towards the cost of Chiropractic, Remedial Massage and Dietitian treatments provided they have Extras cover as part of their membership. The level of Extras cover will determine the amount of rebate provided by your health fund. Our reception staff can assist in establishing your entitlement for any rebate towards the cost of treatment.
Private Health Fund rebates can be processed on the spot with HICAPS & EFTPOS facilities to make payments easier and faster for you.
What should I bring to my first consult?
If you’re seeing one of our chiropractors please bring with you your most recent X-Rays, scans and other test results as this assists greatly in diagnosing and treating you.
Bringing with you a written list of questions can ensure you get answers to your most important queries .
Do you provide any discounts?
Discounts are available for Health Care card holders, Pensioners and Full Time Students.
Our chiropractor Ara is a Dept. Veteran Affairs (DVA) accredited provider.
